Legal
Website terms.
These development terms explain the prototype. Obtain jurisdiction-specific legal review and real dealership policies before publication.
Demonstration content
Vehicle listings, stock numbers, prices, reviews, and operational details are fictional demonstration content. Bracketed contact and location fields are placeholders. Do not rely on the site as a real offer to sell, finance, reserve, appraise, or purchase a vehicle.
Availability and information
In a production site, inventory and specifications can change. Customers should confirm availability, equipment, mileage, condition, price, fees, taxes, documents, and applicable policies directly and in writing.
Calculators and financing
Calculator outputs are planning estimates, not quotes, advice, offers, credit decisions, or guarantees. Financing availability, rates, terms, documentation, and vehicle eligibility depend on the applicant, vehicle, and participating lender.
Forms and appointments
Prototype forms simulate success and transmit nothing. In production, a request would not create a confirmed appointment, reservation, appraisal, purchase offer, or financing approval until explicitly confirmed.
Policies to complete
[GOVERNING LAW, BUSINESS IDENTITY, DEPOSITS, RESERVATIONS, RETURNS, WARRANTIES, DISCLAIMERS, LIABILITY, DISPUTES, COPYRIGHT CONTACT, AND ACCESSIBILITY CONTACT REQUIRE LEGAL REVIEW.]
